Filling Complaint

1. First of all.you have to contact us and get explanation/clarification from us of your querry either by mail or on a phone call.

2. In case your complaint has not been addressed/redressed by us then file a complaint online with mcx with relevant documents. Website:- https://www.mcxindia.com/

3. If your complaint is not resolved withen 15 working days from the date of registration of complaint by the exchange(mcx),you can contact grievance redressal committee.
